This is in standard D tuning, (DGCFAD). My amp (Marshall MG15DFX) is set to bass-7 Contour-7 treble-4 with just the smallest amount of reverb. I'm using a Zoom GFX-707 effects unit for the distortion and running it through the clean channel on the amp.
Hope that's of some use to you! Good luck with it :)
(I'm still not really happy with my sound, thinking of saving up for a Digitech RP250!)
