@Sukyhoi Sorry yeah, they've just closed down here too, and people are supporting the small local bookshops again. I suppose as long as there's people who pay for books, there will be books to read. All the best.

Brandi Carlile rocks, but I'm pretty sure "Captain Fantastic" is one of the worst Elton John albums ever, and I love Elton John. Goodbye Yellow Brick Road on the other hand is a near masterpiece. Whatever floats your boat, I guess.

@wadjela We used to have Borders in the UK, and out of nowhere they all closed down, even the website...kinda sad cos i used to go there quite often for a quick read and coffee...but i guess you'll be happy to know about the close down!

Brilliant singer /songwriter in Brandi, she turns anything she touches to gold.
Borders however are the biggest threat to small, local and relevant booksellers. In my small town, their arrival led to the closure of 60% of small bookshops in one year.
If people could support their small local bookstores, it's great for writers, for publishers and the other creative people involved in publishing.
Loveya Brandi, great hearing the story of you tatoos.
