In this video, the first ever from http://JonERP.com, Jon Reed tests out his flipcam and spends a few minutes riffing on SAP careers with an off-the-cuff view on breaking into SAP and why it's not always easy to get your start in SAP consulting. He also describes the best way to land an SAP job for the first time in the current economy.
Great video...thanks for the help!

Very good video... As someone who is just learning about SAP, this is the only informative video I found out there. Question for you Jon : Are there any instances where a second language skill helps landing an SAP job?

Just what I was looking for. Very informative for people who are planning to breakinto the SAP Career. Great vidio Mr. Jon Reed.
I have been planning for the longest time to get into the SAP Career, but still don't know which module I should be taking. I took business admin. in college, so I have knowledge and job experiences on business analysis: in finance and accounting, process reengineering, and operation management. So which one should i take that has a great career future. thanks.

Excellent video, very informative. I was lucky enough to be hired right out of college and work with SAP. I was trained on everything SAP (ABAP, Security, Basis/netweaver admin, BI, XI..)
I was placed into the Business Intelligence sector where we both develop and support the system.
Do you feel that there is a demand for BI consultants, and how much experience (years) is desired for a consulting position? Thanks
