My latest furniture piece and latest jigs & fixtures for the table saw & router table. Crosscut sled for portable table saw is most important improvement. (Made from old kitchen cabinet doors). Safety built in with the stop and precision 90deg cuts for panels up to 19".
Rail mortises cut in 1/8" passes - accurate & fixture can be adjusted .
Dadoing jigs for dado grooves in panels and finishing the outside edge.

  • Hey Nice stuff.Thats Western White Pine on the PC desk?? Thanks!

  • Lodgepole Pine Panels used - purchased from Lowes 3 years ago. They now have Ponderosa Pine with more ridges - more sanding and finish coats required.
