hey, iam a driver and i know to drive better then this
-
r u a driver?
-
@filipkof The Northeast corridor in the US uses 25kV at 60Hz AC. Some other railroads strangely use a 750volt 25Hz 3rd rail too
-
@filipkof Perhaps it is a compressor, the diesel-electric trains in the US have a compressor that runs every once in a while which keeps the brake line/reservoir tanks pressurized.
-
@gRis1cz Well, it seems to me like releasing its applied breakes, but may be something else. Honestly, i don't wanna know lol

Hold the camera steady and level or get a tripod. And quit zooming. And it's braking not breaking. Brakes are what slow you down, breaks are what you get in your bones.

@hsaxman Thanks,i didn't notice..I know exactly the difference, i just don't realize it sometimes, but there's lot more mistakes i see now anyway :D .. My friend shot the video with his camera, i didn't have my FHD cam back then.We couldn't make it a better way as there was no time to prepare it..i wish i had my cam that time, it could have been done a better way.Usually, they don't allow anyone go inside the cabin, 'cause there were some incidents and the driver could get in a trouble.

Nice, I see that it is 3 kV DC in your text intro.

@RODALCO2007 Well, we have 3kv DC system in the north part of the country, one pretty old and i think the first rail with electricity between pisek - bechyne (but i'm not sure ex.) has 1.5kV DC since it was 3 wire system 2x 700v plus pos. and neg. up and center in the rails, then it is just two wire system, and it seems to be replaced soon as it is not able to supply enough power... and in the south part there is 25kV 50Hz system - i like this as it makes nice sparks pantograph elevates up :)
