How can it be a Gift if it is works? A gift is FREE. I think you missed that one teacher. the Gifts as you stated in the bible "is GIVEN.., that we might do good Works" You have the order reversed, you don't do good works to get the Gift. Notice the SPIRIT IS GIVEN TO ALL as well, in them Verses.
Even in the Verse you used in EPH4 says "the Gift is GIVEN" Just listen to your statement at the opening of this Video "Gifts has to do with our works" ( this is a counterdiction)

Hi dof above- I may have not communicated that right-so thanks for clarifying. You are correct that we are saved by grace alone by the finished work of Jesus Christ at Calvary for those we truly repent and the Lord then regenerates- and the bible says that the Holy Spirit gives the gifts to us severally as He wills.However-we are judged to do with works and on merit- as we obey do we grow and mature to full stature-and glorify the Lord as such-then He rewards us with servant leadership as called
