Are you looking for a way to automatically send your blog posts to Twitter? Then I highly recommend that you take a look at Twitterfeed.com.

This video tutorial shows you how to set up your blog to automatically post to Twitter and provides tips on what will help you get more readers to your blog through the way that you set up your service in this tool.

Twitterfeed.com also enables you to post your blog posts to Facebook - however it is not what I would recommend to do if you are looking to increase engagement and visibility of your content on Facebook. I explain this in the video tutorial.
