Unfortunately, they all seem to smoke (except for Taylor and maybe Ashley).

Peter, Nikki, Kellan, Rob, and Kristen are all pictured here smoking.

Kristen and Rob are total chain-smokers off set, so maybe the others just do it while filming. It's such a bummer huh?! They're setting such a bad example : /

I suppose, but it isn't as though they smoke at important events or press conferences, they do is in their own private and personal time and so I don't believe that people should try and dictate what it is that they do then and call it a bad example.

I don't get why these people have to set any example on smoking or none-smoking? Or on anything else for that matter? Personal choices are personal. Teach your children that smoking is very bad for their health. But before that teach them to think for themselves. If they do smoke all the same, there isn't much you can do.
