i hav also the same problem , i have download the lastest drivers of my graphics card (8500GT) and my ram is 1GB , So any ways to improve its graphics .Please tell me. I BEG TO OTHER GTA USERS.........................

that ain't a bug, you need to update your gpu drivers and maybe for better performance overclock your gpu just a little bit and you'll see some good improvement in your fps

go to graphic installation in your game and set the firs on 800-600 and the aspect radio on 16.9. texture on medium and render on low . and al the settings down on 20 and shadow on 0

C'est peut être normal, vu la carte graphique bas de gamme que t'as. faut au moins 512Mo de mémoire graphique pour que ça soit correct!
