Theme song from the 70s TV show starring Freddie Prinze - a very great comedian who died before his time - and Jack Albertson. The song was written and performed by Jose Feliciano. The "guitar-like" instrument I'm playing in the video and the ones you hear in the song are actually a Mexican Vihuela - a Mariachi instrument, kind-of like a 5 string guitar with no low E string.
The audio is obviously added to the video later. The video is of me playing the Vihuela part heard in the left speaker - the song was recorded in stereo.

This is an okay version - it's hard to play a [my] Vihuela in tune cos the frets are tied on. Also, I know I'm not the best singer. I think it's a good effort tho.

  • how much was the vihuela

  • @toughguitar1 It was a gift from my sister after she came back from Mexico. Yes, its authentic, but I had to add the 3rd fret myself, in order to play chords.
