have you tried duplicating the clip doing the curves on the bottom layer and make the top layer black and white but make the mode hard light it realy gives it a dark yet vintige look

@IIITOASTIII Haven't tried that but yeah playing around with the layer modes on duplicated clips can give some really cool effects.

the first shot didn't actually need any color grading !! it was better without it, maybe because you already have another forgotten adjustment layer :S
