After 2 months of waiting I finally got my hands on a SF4 TE stick from Madcatz for a regular retail price.
First impressions are very good, buttons are highly responsive you won't even need turbo for quick jabs and the like.
The square gate does get some getting used to, especially if your coming from a D-pad you will miss alot of Hadoukens and Ultra's at first but keep practicing. It's worth it.

Normally the orignal retail price cost £150 Or $ But me i got this tournoment stick for £120 along with dragonbal z budokai tenkaichi 3 aint i lucky. you no why because me and the store manager were berr tight i always get my games cheap of him. and he respect me were lke brothers soo i gues i should consider my self as a lucky person hehe

Hi . It suddenly became available at a videogame store here and i didnt hesitate to buy it.
My guess ? It was somebody's pre-order who gave up on waiting and the store just put the stick on the shelf to sell it to somebody else.
As to why i didn't use my Toshiba, i already returned it :-) I wasn't happy with it.
I will be just using a Nikon D90 starting this summer when I need to record stuff.
