My Encounter with Local Jehovah's Witnesses

I simply wanted these JW's to make good on their claim that God is one person. What was their response?

@chanses2 Good for you to acknowledge that the KJV has plenty of errors. I use various online non-JW resources including; Smiths Dictionary, Vines Expository, Wikipedia, and NeXt Bible to name a few.

By your rational, I can't pronounce Yeshua either, nor Jesus as JEE-zuss in English, nor HEH-soos in Spanish? All "pronounced" wrong... I know enough about Hebrew and Greek to know that what you are defending isn't that solid - for a number of reasons.

@chanses2 I think you got the 'vowel point replacement' reversed regarding YHVH & YHWH as relate Adonai. As you preach the Gospel, do you declare God's name (YHVH or YHWH) in all the earth? - Ex 9:16, John 17:5-6. Does your Bible translation remove God's name nearly 7000 times from the Hebrew Testament? Gods word is actually saturated with examples of proper use of God's name. Sadly, most don't follow the many biblical examples. Jehovah isn't an "invention" as Jesus also isn't from Yeshua.

Jehovah is wrong, it is Yahveh from YHVH, as the name Jehovah was invented by the Jews to mask out the true vowels in YHVH as to avoid finding out and also misusing Elohim's name, (=Use HIs name in vain)

This you won't belive, hopefully, since anyone who have false doctrines, like the Jehovah's witnesses, must stay in dark.

I hope the Jehovah's witnesses keeps on believing that Elohim's name is Jehovah.

@MrDanrob ~ Firstly, I'm not a "Trinitarian".. So, words like "Godhead" are foreign to me.

Secondly, I'm going by what the SCRIPTURES clearly show,, that there are 3 Spirits, the FATHER, the SON, and the HOLY SPIRIT... And I've personally experienced all 3 of these Spirits.

All 3 of these SPIRITS occupied or dwelt in the Body of JESUS CHRIST.

Yet you are my brother in Christ, so, I won't fight you on your view of this issue...You are saved, that's what's important.

@VAIO294 I don,t know what happened to your comment, it seems to have dissappeared, but what you said was there is three Spirits in the Godhead because Jesus said in Matthew 28:19 to baptize in the name of the father, and of the son, and of the holy ghost. What you are missing about that scripture is that he said "in the name" that is one name, not three. If you look where they actually did it, they baptized "in the name" of Jesus, thats what he was telling them to do, because he is all of it.
