Okay this is how mewtwo was born in the manga

So blaine the gym leader needed mews dna but he also needed mewtwo dna and he injected his blood into mewtwos tank and then somehow mewtwos blood got into blaines blood or something then if there to far away from each other blaine starts to die.

I ALMOST caught Zapdos with my last and ONLY Pokeball shook three times then broke out however I ended up catching it with a Nest Ball catch rate is based on the higher lv difference between your Pokemon and the one you're catching my highest Pokemon is lv 45 and SO I ASSUME the Nest ball Doesn't have increased catch rate if anything it would be the same as a Pokeball? or lower...So either I caught it with regular Pokeball (just a different name) or Lower than
