Metroid Prime 3: Corruption 100% Walkthrough Part 12 - The Return of Dark Samus

Here's a walkthrough of me going through Metroid Prime 3: Corruption for Wii on Hyper Mode (aka Hard Mode). I am getting a 100% completion in pickups, logbook completion, and Credits/Friend Vouchers.

Samus needs to head to the Control Room quickly. Once she and the other hunters arrive, Dark Samus barges in and corrupts them all with Phazon. Luckily, Samus is able to wake up for a few seconds and activate the Defense Cannon to destroy the meteor. She then wakes up about the GFS Olympus a month later.

Metroid Prime's back and more badass than ever! And what an entrance! Hard to think of it as a she, though, even when comparing it to Samus; it looks very masculine.

Ahhh the phazon beam. I remember this. Never used it though. It uses an energy tank and I always sucked at finding them

The scan in the elevator ride is not counted toward the logbook. The one during the boss fight is. You should be able to scan her in the boss fight (make sure she's in her normal form when doing so).

dark samus enters and with her comes the remix of the dark samus theme but tobad theme sounded better in echos

Some people prefer it of just move through the game getting only the scans that let you proceed or complete the logbook.

They made Dark Samus look waaay better in this game. Makes sense seeing how much more powerful she is now.
