the flow around a rotating wind turbine.. the fluid around has been modeled as a rotating reference. Common assumption and results are similar to experimental.

  • I am not sure about your models accuracy. I get the idea that the model is the reference frame, so you don't show it rotating, you use a POV as though the camera is fixed to the moving turbine, is that correct? If so, how is the flow over the turbine completely steady. I think you are using old experimental results, you should google Ian Ross's thesis on Blockage in wind tunnels and VAWT's.
