I can see iPad is just an iToy....this can do every tablet for 50 bucks.....buy Nexus 7 and you spare 70 % money and you have
1) connect via usb to pc, copy mkv + srt full HD in a few minutes
2) don need to keep charger....everyone has it
3) freedom
