Doesn't surprise me there's a lot on the web dedicated to this man's sound. He's written some of the most epic solos ever, next to Jimmy Page.

Great job, dude. The Sovtek Tall-Font Green Russian version indeed sounds identical to the Civil War muff, but the block font Green Russian that you're using sounds great as well.
Check out my cover using the Sovtek Tall-Font Green Russian through my Hiwatt Custom 50 if you'd like :)

Good work, excellent.......

Congratulations, Bjorn! Just fabulous!
I guess the Big Muff is placed in front of the Laney Cub12 and i wonder how it would sound with te reverb and delay also in front of that stack (instead of adding those in the mix with Logic). By the way, that Laney sounds very, very Gilmourish.

Touching as always, and the usual huge tone .I just hope you post some played stuff more frequently ;)

Awesome Bjorn. Thanks for posting.
Solo and tone absolutely nailed. Incredible demo. Would be curious to hear your opinion of the rt-20 and any thoughts you may have on the stomp underfoot versions of various muffs, especially the civil war and the rams head!
Cheers

Thanks! I use the RT20 all the time. There are better leslie sims on the market and it's perhaps closer to a very deep chorus but it's a great pedal. Don't have much experience with SUF. Tried the '73 Muff and didn't like it... too much gain and noise. Their Civil War gets a lot of praise though.

Thanks! It's loosely based on the live version.
