  • Good vid man! what a great sound, what kinda amp do you use ?

  • @hsmestad It's through guitar rig 4, can't recall the settings, but fairly straightforward. I think a plexi-type, with some compression and a little reverb. Thanks!

  • Sweet video! Seriously thinking of getting this guitar. How do you find that guitar to play with the chunky pickups...is it comfortable for your picking hand? (especially when palm muting) How do you rate the guitar overall? : )

  • @jimcabtv In this price range it's great. The hardware is really good and everything is really well built. This is my first hollow body, so I'm still getting used to the feedback. The floating bridge is also something to get used to. If you play aggressively, like I sometimes do, it's easy to dislocate the bridge and the result is that your guitar is out of tune. But there are ways to fix that, like playing a little more subtle, of fixing the bridge with some tape. Other than that, great guitar.

  • whats the first amplifier you're using on guitar rig 4? im planning to get this guitar and i liked it so much! :)

  • @avengertx Not sure, I think the Plexi-type / Marshall / British rock crunch.

  • I hate you for two reasons:

-First you got one of my dream guitars

-Second..... good your skill is great

  • They are real "f-holes" I love the tone of mine. Sounds great with my Fender Blues DeVille 410. Great sustain. Sounds super fuzzy with my Way Huge Swollen Pickle. I put some cello rosin under the floating bridge. Very nice action but not as low as a friend's strat. Sounds muuuuuch better than the strat IMO.

  • @svyatagor You can also stick some sandpaper on the bottom of your bridge. I had that done to my 6120 and it never moves an inch.

  • @max99185 Ofcourse they're real F-Holes man. :)

  • great sound , great Incubus

  • are those real " f-holes " ? just wanted to be sure if theyre not "painted" on the body like they did on the G6122-1962 Chet Atkins Country Gentleman

  • I am really thinking of getting this "Left Handed" Trying to choose between this and a Les Paul Lefty!!! This video is helping!!!
