Man, you have some expensive bag gloves, winning and grants.... both for bag work, thats $450+ for bag work... Hope you use them for sparring as well and not heavy bag. Anyways. Looks good, a little tense, the looser you are the faster you will be and the less energy you will burn. With the left follow through more, when a good hook misses the elbow lands. Think of it that way. Is that the title platinum bag? How do you like it? my Ringside Double End bag is almost blown.

Bro, work on your left hook. Its slow and sloppy. But your form is good, keep it up!
you are too tense. you gotto work on your stance and footwork, so you feel more balanced and comfortable. but overall its good. keep on training

I do get tense in my shoulder . As for the stance, if your a traditional boxer, your right I do tend to hop, bounce and skip around in my stance. I use a taller and narrower stance than a boxer would. I compete/competed in EU rules kickboxing, so I keep much lighter on my feet than a boxer would (leg kicks). My boxing coach always tells me to sit down in stance. To step and slide, not bounce. Stance is more a Kickboxing stance, but I hear that often. Thanks brotha!

Yep, I do slap at that left hook a bit...... opens up the straight right when opponent covers. But good observation, your right i tend to arm punch with that hook, check hook more than really turning it over and throwing it with bad intention. Thanks brotha.
