Awesome song, it fits perfectly in a western, but it doesn't really fit in a james bond movie.

Wow - he actually references the plot with the bit about "her engines" and "her power within running free" is obviously the Vulcan bomber and the bomb that was stolen! Very cool.

When I read Cash had made a try-out for a Bond theme, I thought "man, that is gonna sound weird", but actually, it kinda fits for Bond too, especially when the series was new and was finding it's formula, sure, it'd probably be the odd one out, but I'm quite sure people would go along with it. Hell, the original Bond theme song we all recognize is a Surf Rock/Big Band song, and the only song that fits that genre I've ever heard.

It doesn't help that the movie's story has a maritime theme to it. Maybe a sea shanty would have made a better theme?
