Just phone London Underground and ask to speak to somebody connected to the official Busker Program. Tell them the guy plays Alto Sax , and you saw him at Euston Tube Station.
Hopefully you won't drop him in the shit in case he's freelance and unofficial.

This brings back soooo many good memories! When I was young, I'd catch the Northern Line down to Central London.. I was poss 5/6.... the old 'Red Bus Rovers' cost 37p! Me and a few mates wud bus-hop (anyone know what that is? lol) Then I'd sit and listen to the sax echo thru' the stations.. perfiect!
Could also catch the players in Covent Garden, they went on to be be the best in the world! Covent Garden was their schooling, the Tube their critique, and the world their oyster!
