Excellent that you do this - I've twittered it and I hope you'll do this often.
Couple of points -
1) get Nick a tie clip or similar microphone - sound is MUCH more important than picture quality, surprisingly enough - our eyes accept "flat" tv - but nowadays expect good sound - especially when such an important message is being put across

2) Tell him to keep looking at the camera - the occasional glance right makes any tv presenter look "dishonest" - eye contact is essential at all times - if eyes move - do a retake.
Still worthwhile, though - congrats!

Thanks for the tips Alun, we'll keep this in mind for next time. We used a small boom mic but a clip mic sounds like a good idea, appreciate you taking the time out to get in touch!
