i started the daniel fast the same day as u surprisingly..i did it for 21 days...it was hard at first, but by the end of it, i missed the food i normally ate, but i really wanted to incorporate some of the things and ideas i came up with into my regular habits :)
I never heard of the Daniel fast...Question How do you know what kinds of vegetable to eat? Not all vegetables are made equally.Check out Dr. Sebi. Eating fruits and veggies is alway good, but you can always exercise to give you more boost of energy.. If you are getting weak you need more vitmains in your system!! Good luck on your journey
I put my exercising on hold while doing the Daniel's Fast. I figure since I'm eating veggies and fruit I should lay off exercising until I start eating normally. I don't want to burn up everything I'm eating, I'm already hungry, so I'm going to hold on to all the calories from the fruit and vegs all I can. Maybe you are weak because you are burning all the calories you've consumed during the day. Skip a day of exercise and see how you feel. Hopefully you will feel better. Blessings!
good blessings with your fast today is day 18 for my fast and it isnt easy but when i get weak i just stay prayerful yesterday i really wanted meat but thank God i pulled through keep up the good work its good to see that im not along with this fasting
