i think the driver of the black car passed out. The honking going off continuously for a few seconds at the end of this video, might indicate his/her head slumped into the steering wheel and knocked unconscious..

How shocking ! I was realy frightened by this. Wow ! Does anybody know something about what happened to the driver and passengers ? I hope nobody was hurt seriously. What a sad accident. :-(
