Sorry I was dead for a while.
My computer crashed on me. Apparently the hard drive was dying because the darn thing was so old.
But I'm back in business baby!
I'm so glad I'm able to finish something...

So, the villains in the vid are Hlegorf and the A.I. Commander from X-Treme Genes Project Zed.

The song is the ending to Fight Ippatsu Juuden-chan as well as the video itself being a parody of that ending. I believe the song is called "Please, Sweetheart" by Fukuhara.
