I wanted a magnetic Batman sooo bad as a kid. I remember seeing one in the galleria mall on a trip to Houston and just staring in awe of it. Of course I never got one then. Thanks to ebay I now own Three of them and they still stick to everything made of metal.

Nope! There is a prototype of one out there, but it never saw production. They did make a "web shooting" version though. http://www.megomuseum.com/wgsh/12/spiderman.html
