Thanks for all the replies. I have not seen any Mergansers on the pond for quite a while but then I am not always here to watch for them. I do see Wood Ducks and Mallards regularly. The Wood Ducks are very skittish but the Mergansers were even more so. It took great stealth to get this footage. :)
