@iloveparc that is the joke though, he isn't a dumbass. PooPoo Platter is a dish at about 99% of chinese restaurants, and they riff on that in the beginning of the song. It would be the same as them saying "If you were Nathan's I'd take your weiner", and you saying "no way, the Nathan's in my town sells hot dogs!"
