India's most wanted criminal Dawood Ibrahim, an accused in the 1993 Mumbai terror attacks, has emerged as the world's second most wanted man, next only to a Mexican drug lord, after the killing of al Qaeda leader Osama bin Laden. According to The World's Most Wanted list published by The Guardian, like bin Laden, Ibrahim "may well be based in Pakistan." "The most wanted man in India heads up a 5,000-strong organised crime network called the D-Company that is involved in everything from drugs trafficking to contract killing in Pakistan, India and the UAE," the publication said. TIMES NOW's Editor-in-Chief Arnab Goswami debates the issue with M N Singh, Former Mumbai Police Commissioner; S Balakrishnan, Chief -of- Bureau, TOI Mumbai; Lt. Gen. Hamid Nawaz, Former Interior Minister, Pakistan and Zafar Hilaly, Former Pakistan Ambassador to US.
The explicit and blunt comments (2.50 to 3.09), I loved face expression of host and other guests :)
