The right to live and breathe is something that is earned, not something that you get through mercy of other species. That's why the AIDS virus and mosquitos deserve to live because they resist every attempt to wipe them out, mutate if needed and are kicking ass again in no time.
If those turtles can't continue living because of a little cold weather in Florida, well, I'm sorry, but they just aren't fit enough to live in this world.
