Ok, so this video is about Lilly and Oliver trying to help Miley get over Jake. Oliver gets her up and dancing to make her feel better and Lilly and her have a "moment". They both think she's still bummed, but she says she's fine. Miley decides to get back at Jake, but she can't help but to think about him every once in a while. Soon she's feeling much better, but realises that she's falling for Oliver. At the end, I have the clip of her wishing on a star, and that's just there to say that she's finally happy with her best friends.
