Thank you so much for this video! This is one of the few poses I can actually do. I was in a car accident and have a hard time doing some things, as I have metal rods in both legs, an artificial hip, and a weight requirement on my left wrist. I'm not sure if you will ever read this Esther, but do you have anything targeted towards those that are not so flexible or disabled? I do try to do most of what you do in your videos, but it is not always possible. Thanks!

hello iv started to do your yoga for beginners and for an injury on my shoulder and arm and getting some results but i watched this video and laughed my head off because my cat blossom does the exact same. if i am flat out on the floor on yoga mat im in trouble very cute x

By the way..Spooky reminds me a lot of my boyfriend. He always distracts me somehow while I'm doing my practice. I tell him that I can't have a conversation while trying to focus on balance, my breath, on my body and how it feels. Once i was in a tricky position and I could have fell, but I kept at it and regained my focus. Some people also can be a distraction, and you will get caught up with them, but it can be a lesson on how well you can come back to your center.

Yeah, I caught on very early why you had Spooky there, lol. It's a wonderful lesson, you need to focus while doing yoga regardless. When I lived back home I used to live with 3 cats, and one of em always loved to lie right next to my feet as I was doing my yoga routine. You should have Spooky come on more often.
