like your vids, good to see that there are many perspectives to play a game.
Got some tips to make you a lil better tho:
Reload more often, i see u running around in ''cleared'' areas with 20 rounds or less in the chamber.
Try to switch to secondary more often, when you primary runs out of ammo (faster then reloading) every sec counts when the heat starts rising.
Communicate with your squadmates about the perks you use, I see 2 people using the squadsprint. Thats a waste of 1 perk there!

and if Youz only roll with 1 Medic in your squad. If he go,s down. the next squad guy takes he his place picks up his pack then revives him. with cover fire. so yous swap packs.

If your gonna try black op flank moves. Have one guy smoke the streets. one guy lay claymores around flag, and attach surppressors. to not give your postions away to random enermy troops. Lay som mines when you can. A sniper covering the foreground, quik useing a MAV, to help spot enermys around your objective ,would go a long way as well.

You hardly kneel, I hardly see you prone, you are always standing around, not exactly in cover, but off of it presenting suitable targets for OpFor, take too long to revive or even get your paddles out. But your communication is superb and your tactics are great..
If you were a bit faster in your actions, your squad would be a force to be reckoned with.
