@batmenace15 Well, he is the basis for Rorschach's character. Though I find Rorschach to be more "fascinatingly ugly" than Question. Q is actually rather handsome in this series.

@TaraKitaideHunter Actually, Rorschach started out as a copy of the original Question, from back in the day. Ironically, this Question was a copy of Rorschach. Try wrapping your head around that.

@TranquilFury1993 Rorschach is based off the Question just as Nite Owl is to the Blue Beetle, Dr, Manhattan to Captain Atom and so on. Charlton Comics gave Alan Moore a group of superheros and said "do something with this". Question was one of those superheros. That's why Question seems Rorschachian here. Not because he was "based off of Rorschach" in any way.
