It's not they don't understand that. They aren't stupid. The understand fully what gun control is. It's a way to disarm the general populous. Hitler did it before he rounded up the Jews. So they know exactly what they are doing.

Law-abiding citizens don't break the law. That is why they are called law-abiding. Law-abiding citzens are not out to rob, rape, kill anyone. But they the 90% victums of criminals. And over 90% of the are unarmed. They die, unarmed, They are raped unarmed. They suffer, morn, and die unarmed. But the Constitution says THE PEOPLE have the right to bear arms. But this judge, who is protected by ARMED CITZENS, says it's better to die unarmed then for you to protect your life with a gun.

What she is saying is that once you leaave the immediate danger zone you can't come back with a knife, bat, or gun... For the most part, the person is no longer an immediate threat; and, therefore one can resolve the issue by other means... Like reporting it to the police...

She's using premeditated murder to cloud the issue of the right to bear arms.
She's essentially using the point of an illegal act which has nothing to do with guns to condemn the ownership of firearms.

That's right. They should be going after the criminals who commit crimes with firearms, not your law-abiding citizens. Places with the toughest gun-control laws have the highest rates of crime. Why? Because criminals prefer un-armed victims. People like Pelosi, Reid, Biden, Obama, etc should be smart enough to figure that out but their voting records show otherwise.

thats bullshit if you fear for your life in newyork you better run and be able to dodge bullets. you use a gun and protect yourself your wrong and will go to jail. if you wound him your going to jail if you kill him your going to jail newyork and states like it are communist states thank god for the castle doctrine and for the states that support it
