  • @jessiekaz. Thank you for this comment. Please pop in and introduce yourself on one of your rides. You are absolutely right to be concerned with the source of your shellfish. I think that we need to do even more to inform the general public of the efforts that we have made to ensure that our oysters and clams come from pristine waters and the attention we pay to ensure that they are perfectly safe - always. Jolly Jolly!

  • Great video- I'm not sure I would have looked past the stigma of a food truck serving such a easy to contaminate food without it. This will be a favorite stop on our bike rides from now on!

  • saw you at farmers market, great video, and welcome to ventucky -- we're gonna go out to state beach and git some...c u soon

  • Very interesting film. Welcome to Ventura! Can't wait to come down and check it out.

  • Congratulations from the Massachusetts Oyster Project. We are working on an exciting project to return Massachusetts marine estuaries to their historic state. Through the restoration and placement of once native oysters, we can improve water quality, as well as attract other sea life including crabs, eelgrass, shrimp bluefish and striped bass.

Aquaculture is a challenging and rewarding endeavor. We would love to begin a dialogue with you. Best of luck!

  • Two brave and tenacious men who deserve success with a fabulous product. Can't wait to go to Ventura .
