First of all this isn't an H game this kinda of like a dating sim. You have 12 girls to chose from that each have 2 endings, an ok ending and a good ending. This game was shockingly popular in Japan even though it had no hentai and no nudity, not even any panty shots.

onii-chan, daisuki, technically means "big brother, i like you alot" directly saying "i love you" is very rarely used in japan, if it was she'd say "onii-chan, aishiteru" (pronounced Aishteru)

Its also an anime as well as a game. Not entirely what the games are about i havent really looked into it, but... The anime is about a boy who has a normal life (although hes a geek) and then when he cant get into the school that he wants he is sent to Paradise Island where he finds out he has 12 sisters, and yes you probably geussed it, most of them love him :P
