In the UK every council appears to have a different scheme with how to use the micro-chipped bins.

My question, which never gets answered by any council, is how often is the weighing equipment calibrated and how is that done and to what standard?

In 2007 South Norfolk scrapped its chip & Bin system because its weighing system was too inaccurate.

If its government failure on behalf of servicing the public, its their only way to enforce every individual to obey their always failing services by undermining and eroding individuals' liberty. At the same time, they never have had any solutions of resolving the problem in the first place. When in fact its quite, and simply way of servicing the public through free-markets, by means of privatizing Waste Management and many other competing private waste management - choices of every households.
