If it is inside then it will have adverse affects on the solar cell performance.
I prefer he Zenith Solar solution. Use concentrated light on to a multijunction cell and then use the heat from the cell to heat a liquid. Zenith solar has 40-60 ratio of electricity to heat while absolicon has 20-80 respectively.
