I turned a solar cell phone charger toward the bright LEDs of Dr. Stiffler's "Near Infinity Light System" and picked up a feed back loop into the system through a light- to - photovoltaic cell return of energy.

  • I believe you are on to something with the light feeding

itself... - have subscribed to your channel just to see

the future... - you're coming closer than any others i've

seen yet... - and congrats on your very clear to see

    and understand vids.

  • pioneerpaddler---Thanks. At this stage is energy recovery and not a self -running circuit but it is a step in the right direction.

  • please update us lidmotor on this one! back to pirate's vids with the 400 led joule thief k.i.s.s.

  • Scenariobaby--- See my next video but basically it was a false indication of in vs out energy. More was going out than in and the system did not self-run. I'm still working on it but in a different way.

  • Very Cool... - I just learned about the "Joule Thief"

this evening... - saw it on Pirate88179 channel where He lit over a hundred or so led bulbs from some type of small earth battery or some other type of small battery... - Would a "Joule Thief" aid in your configuration ? ( am a fascinated "newbie" here )

  • pioneerpaddler----The JT circuit can be part of this but the idea here was to look strictly at Dr. Stiffler's SEC .

  • @ofesad Amazing.

Have you think on using a old scanner lamp instead of led's?

Check it out, might be of help to get a brighter light.

    Google: recycling old scanner

  • I am using UV led's in completely diffent experment, but you should be able to run a wire to your solar panel with a sheild for your eyes. I am only needing two led's two get a full charge from the panel in a closed project box. A led is a led you my get a big bang in power for the you dollar.

  • I see this going someplace else, but that's the fun part : where or what will that someplace else be ?

    Exciting...

  • you should try the joule theif and put mirrors around the light source then put the solar charger next to it

  • your so busy talking back in comments he has no time to tinker! I know you like to chat and so do I !

I think sandwich layers. I like a good sandwich.

Have a mass where its layered solar panel, LED material, mirror, etc. in various clever combination and have a single connection wire you link to a SEC, which then retune. That of course would get you amps from the lumens. Have the panels removable and then its a weird ultrabright spot light of future tec sci fi movie props.

    wafer thin.
