  • yeah was running on 3 cylinders, broken fuel line to a injector. is now running sweet.

    Letting it cool down before turning off has nothing at ALL to do with oil. At idle oil pressure is low as fuck! Only like 14 psi, all that does is cool the turbo down. As for the first start, its best to let it warm up as the oil has more effect as its viscosity is less, but for example, when running a cam shaft in, you hold the revs from the second the engine starts. Thats because theres less load bearing at higher rpm, and when cold, the oil pressure is at almost 100psi

  • you should always start the car and let it idle for 1 min before you do anything and let it idle for 1 min before turning the engine off.really helps with the oil
