lmao at ego lifts and partial squats.... also your 365 lb perfect form video doesnt even show your legs so how can you prove perfect depth drop the weight get to parallel then make bumps in weight if you cant get parallel its too heavy i usually drop down to ATG to make sure i hit parallel

@perpbanrequests ATG for me is way way more than 90 deg. and on my 365 lb there is several ways to tell i hit 90 deg. 1 looking at the dots on the weight bench shows about how many inches i dropped ( there spaced around 2.5 inches apart ) and also i know it doesn't show my legs.... i'm sorry i can't record and squat at the same time. I had an amateur recording for me. all in all thanks for your comment.
