I just recently checked department of corrections sites for illinois state,iowa state,michigan state,new jersey state,georgia state,south carolina state,north carolina state,florida state. All these prisons in USA has lots of inmates with last name PATEL.My concern is these people are HINDU,their HOLY BOOK is BHAGVAD GITA.Well but all these people have commited ADHARMA(CRIME) written in BHAGVAD GITA.Those crime includes GRAND THEFT,MURDER,RAPE,DRUGS etc.etc.etc.

Vijay also testified that Chetan and Minaxi wrapped Sejal in the blanket and put her body in the back of the SUV, which was parked in their garage.

Vijay testified that Sejal was killed the morning she disappeared, at her Twinsburg home. He alleged Chetan pulled a rope around her neck and Minaxi pulled her feet.

Several times, through an interpreter, Vijay testified that he was "involved" with the murder of Sejal, but he did not do it.

"I didn't want to kill her. I had no animosity [toward Sejal]," he said through the interpreter.

Vijay alleged it was Chetan, Minaxi, Chetan's father and Chetan's cousin who committed the crime.

In his testimony, Vijay claimed Minaxi said she would "wipe out" his entire family in India if he did not help with the killing.

Prosecutors called Vijay, 35, to the stand midmorning. Minaxi and Chetan employed Vijay at the Barberton Food Mart, along with Rupal Patel, 33, who was also arrested in November 2005. Rupal was convicted of murder in Sejal's death this past May.

Sejal was not related to Vijay or Rupal, nor are the two related to each other.

Sejal was found dead in the cargo area of a sports utility vehicle July 2, 2005, in the Chrysler Stamping Plant's parking lot.

"Vijay" testified Monday in the trial of Sejal's husband, Chetankumar, and his mother, Minaxiben Patel. The two were each charged with aggravated murder, tampering with evidence and abuse of a corpse in 28-year-old Sejal's death. They pleaded not guilty and have been on trial since Oct. 29.
