You're probably right, but that might be a whole different kinda film! As it is, this movie makes no suggestion whatsoever that it's a psychological condition. It's just a medical "thing" that only the right man will be able to . . . umm . . . penetrate. ;) I guess he's her "prince charming" which is probably why the movie opens with several minutes of footage blatantly stolen from a Tokyo Disneyland parade!
