  • looks like the screen closes so tight to the riffles that nothing will be able to get over them.

  • Check out the Hydro Classifier for gold, it's the newest way to classify your material and you do not have to run it through a sluice box to get the gold. It's the easiest one yet.

  • Good job! but it looks like the flare of the rain water splash block could be turned in the other direction for an alluvial fan action which cause the water to slow down and fan out and I agree, the 1/4 round should be turned the other direction as well.

  • so how did you do? The idea of the quarter round is a good idea but it is backwards, you are wanting to create a back eddy behind the riffle to catch the gold. It would also be a good idea to get rid of the blue dustpan from the front to allow the water better flow with less restriction. Awsome classifier. keep the quest and good luck finding all those lil yellow nuggets!

  • How did it go? Any gold?

  • Good job. Looks nice! I think maybe you should have the quarter round facing the other direction so u get better turbulence. That way it will hold the heavies in better.
