Rock n' Roll Racing - 2P "fullscreen" mod (for kaillera netplay)

Player1 and Player2 may use different ROM's, but game will run synchronously.
In my "test" best results was on "overclocked" Gens'es and game setting: "larry off".

There is no point to that. 1 player will always be off screen. Split screen is better.
