    This song was in respons to nirvana - 'I Hate Myself and Want to Die' . Noel thought that kids shouldn't be hearing songs like that.It tells us we can live forever.The meaning i find here would be to try and achieve everything in life that you can, and feeling immortal because of it.. You could also argue that it's about the music industry and how some songs last forever long after their original time... Noel also hints that the song was wrote for his mother , and in other cases, John Lennon.
