Very grown up of you I must say! If you read her post carefully, what she is saying, is that this is true retro music, and not the pop-house stuff that started to appear around 91/92 onwards. Why don't you take time to read what people have to say, and learn about the people around you, rather than slag people off. So she likes 'Oliver'? One of the greates musicals ever written, I wish it was one of mine - it would have earned me a fortune!!! Now who's clever?!?!
