This is a bone stock 2002 GT we started wtih and just bolted on the tubular kmember kit and the On 3 Performance kit with a tune from Dyno Tune Motorsports. This pass was on 8psi and exactly how I daily drive the car besides for the drag radials I bolted on(they are wore out 1.97 60', 12.3@115

  • Good to hear and sounds fun. Do you have video of the setup yourself?

  • If setup properly and the tune is good, then yes 5-7psi is going to be safe on the stock bottom end. This car is still going strong and maybe 15,000 miles on it now being turbocharged and have ran 5-7psi on the streets and up to 9psi at the track a few times for a couple passes

  • This car actually was using 36's just becuase I got a good deal on them at the time. 60's will be fine and the tuner should have no issues tuning witht hem. We sell them most of the time with our kits

  • Can you use 24lb injectors?

  • @kwj1970 No we normally will run a 39# for a complete budget build, we normally include 44# injectors with most kits

  • how much was this turbo kit? might have to look into getting one...

  • I have this kit on a 99 gt with mods.. Internals steel crank .20 pistons h-beem rods all arp bolts and file fit rings and tuned got 565hp and 625trq and I drive daily.. Also 60lb injectors and 2 fuel pumps and throttle body 76 mm

  • What oil do u run? And will a stock k member work for this kit?

  • so the kit is safe at 6-7 pounds of boost one a stock motor?
